Parent Carers Cornwall is now closed

Healthier Together, new online information and support

A new website making it easier for families and professionals to find support for trusted health information is being launched by NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly.

Healthier Together will provide advice, guidance, local care pathways and links to services and organisations.

The Neurodiversity Hub content previously available on the Parent Carers Cornwall website has now moved to the Neurodiversity section of Healthier Together.

Top Tips

· Information is organised into 3 age groups: Under 5s, Children (5–12 years) and Young People. You can switch between age groups using the tabs at the top of the page.

· The first time you use Healthier Together, you will be asked to enter a Cornwall or Isles of Scilly postcode to access local information and services.

· If you live or work outside Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (for example, in Devon), please enter your GP practice postcode or workplace postcode to access local Cornwall and Isles of Scilly content.
